Lasting Power of Attorney Service (LPA)

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) - £42.00*(Incl. VAT)

Lasting Power of Attorney is protection against a person losing mental capacity and having no-one with the legal authority to act on his or her behalf.

There are two types of LPA, one dealing with property and financial matters, the other with health and welfare.

If you have LPA in place, your ‘attorney(s)’, those you have nominated to represent you, can legally act in your best interest when you are unable to do things for yourself.

Lasting Power of Attorney is offered by our sister website, LPA to die for.
